Every job leaves with a written warranty card — not a verbal promise. Here's exactly what's covered, how long it lasts, and what happens if you ever need a repair.

What the warranty covers

Your warranty card, handed over on the day of completion, covers the net and fittings we installed against normal wear — UV degradation, fitting failure, and the mesh coming loose from the hooks under regular conditions. The exact terms are printed on your card; if you've misplaced it, message us your installation address on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your coverage and expiry date.

The 6-month check-in. After most installations, we reach out around the six-month mark just to ask how the net is holding up — no charge, no obligation. If anything looks off before then, don't wait for our message: reach out any time.

Need a repair or re-tightening?

Message us on WhatsApp or call with your installation address (or the phone number the job was booked under).
We check your warranty status against our records and let you know if it's covered.
We schedule a visit — most repairs are handled within a few days, faster if the net has come loose or torn.
