Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply when you request a quote from, or book a service with, AntiBirdNet. By submitting a request or confirming a booking, you're agreeing to the terms below.
Our services
We install bird and pigeon netting for balconies, windows, terraces, building shafts, warehouses, and similar spaces, currently serving Jaipur and surrounding areas.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on our website are indicative starting ranges. The final price depends on the actual area, height, structure type, and site access, and is confirmed only after a free, no-obligation site visit. There's no charge and no commitment for requesting a quote or a site visit.
Booking and scheduling
Once you accept a quote, we'll schedule an installation date with you. Please ensure safe and reasonable access to the site on that date. Delays caused by weather, access issues, or circumstances outside our control will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and we'll agree a new date together.
Payment
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
Warranty
Installations under our Standard and Premium packages come with a written warranty, with the exact period noted on the warranty card given to you on completion. The warranty covers defects in our installation workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized removal or alteration of the net, changes to the underlying structure, or extreme weather and other events beyond normal use. Net material itself may carry a separate manufacturer warranty.
Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate details about the site and area when requesting a quote
- Ensuring safe access for our team on the scheduled installation date
- Letting us know about any structural concerns with the site in advance
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues at your property, and our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to re-performing the affected work. A properly installed net significantly reduces bird entry but, like any physical barrier, cannot guarantee against every possible circumstance.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction over any disputes.
