No. It's a physical barrier, not a trap or poison — birds simply can't get in. Nothing about it is designed to hurt them.
Barely. The mesh is thin and light-colored by default, so from a few feet back it mostly disappears — you keep the view, birds don't get the balcony.
Most homes and balconies are done in a single day. Larger terraces, building shafts, or industrial sites may take longer depending on access and area.
3–10 years depending on the ply and how exposed the site is to sun and wind. Higher-ply nets (18–24) hold up longest in tough conditions.
We check for this during the site visit and handle it responsibly before netting — we won't seal an active nest in.
